MARKETING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Position Summary

In this role you will promote Inte Q products and services by excuting marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking performance data, maintaining sales and promotional materials; planning trade shows, securing speaking engagements and coordinating product development activities.

To ensure success, you must be detail-oriented, have outstanding organizational skills and a solid understanding of marketing techniques.  Top candidates will have experience working with or in a technology-based field, be self-motivated and have meticulous attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing and advertising campaigns which are part of Inte Q’s overall multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Implement updates for Inte Q sales and marketing materials; provide support to the Inte Q sales team with updates to PowerPoint presentations, InDesign Files, and more.
  • Manage social media presence – develop social media posts using our internal guidelines. Use social media scheduling tools to launch blog, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest posts.
  • Coordinate and launch loyalty and brand surveys as needed using online survey tools.
  • Manage revisions to client-facing dashboards and visualizations as part of our proprietary loyalty marketing platform.
  • Track and report on multi-channel marketing campaign performance using Google AdWords, Google Analytics, email tools and CRM system (such as Hubspot or Salesforce).

Other Responsibilities:

  • Plan meetings, trade shows and speaking events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Facilitate promotional webinars; develop content, train internal staff and execute.
  • Secure speaking engagements for leadership team.
  • Perform Competitive analyses of organizations and products.
  • Research of various industry level statistics.
  • Coordinate purchasing promotional items and client gifts.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

Position Qualifications:

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at various stages.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills required. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing quality, error-free work.
  • Solid overall computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent proofreading skills.

 

PREFERRED

  • Ability to plan a project, determine requirements, set achievable and realistic deadlines, mange expectations, manage change and deliver results.
  • Significant interest in learning marketing best practices and communication principles.
  • Familiarity is preferred with web analytics, Google Adwords, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite; including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

Contract to Hire Business Intelligence Analyst

InteQ specializes in building robust Loyalty/CRM Solutions, advanced analytics & technologies to help our clients build lifetime loyalty with their customers.

We are currently looking for a Contract to Hire Business Intelligence Analyst with hands-on experience in MS SSIS tool to build and maintain DW platforms in Microsoft SQL Server (2016). Experience in building reports in MS SSRS and dashboards in Tableau are required of this role. Currently we are expanding our horizon to cloud technologies and knowledge/experience in Snowflake and Amazon Redshift will be a huge plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop DW platform in MS SQL Server(2016) using Microsoft ETL tool-SSIS
  • Provide cross client support and maintenance of existing data warehouse platforms
  • Build and maintain import and export feeds for different Marketing vendors
  • Ability to build efficient reports using MS SSRS
  • Build advanced & interactive dashboards using Tableau ( 2018.1 or higher)
  • Interact and collaborate with our Analytic, Development and Product departments to gather change requirements related to DW platform upgrades, Reports or Dashboards changes.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in database/data warehouse development
  • Experience with the following technologies:
    • MS SQL Server database  (2016 or higher)
    • MS SQL Integration Services (VS 2015)
    • MS SQL Reporting Services (VS 2015)
    • Minimum of one year experience in Tableau Software 2018.1 or higher
  • SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
  • Create advanced and interactive dashboards to provide valuable insights and key metrics in Tableau
  • Strong work ethic and able to deliver solutions under a tight deadline
  • Strong database analysis and problem solving skills, as well as research abilities
  • Ability to reason logically and provide solutions
  • Ability to work with others in team environment and independently as needed
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Highly organized; can manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
  • Experience in digital marketing tools like Experian/Cheetah is desired
  • Retail experience is a plus
