Combination Creates Unique Market Leader in Brand Loyalty Management Services

The combined entity has current annualized revenues in excess of $60 million and over 200 employees in the U.S. and U.K. Financial terms of transaction were not disclosed. The Company expects the integration to be fully completed by 4th quarter, 2015 at which point Inte Q intends to change its name to Inte Q Global LLC.
