Jeffrey founded Inte Q and leads its management team. He has more than 25 years of marketing, sales, sales management and client services/operations experience in the incentive marketing, database marketing and loyalty marketing sectors. Prior to founding Inte Q, he held various executive positions for S&H Citadel, Inc., a national incentive marketing services firm headquartered outside of Chicago. Jeffrey has been an active member of Vistage, an organization dedicated to improving the effectiveness of CEOs, since 1998. He serves on the board of various local nonprofit organizations in Boca Raton, Florida and is currently president of the board of trustees for Weinbaum Yeshiva High School, the largest Jewish high school in the state of Florida.
Steven’s primary role is enhancing the value Inte Q delivers with both its platform and its people. He brings decades of experience in leadership and marketing to Inte Q. An innovative leader, Steven’s management experience includes executive roles with leading financial institutions, including Citi and JP Morgan/Chase. At Citi, his roles included President of Citibank Direct. His management experience includes traditional retail banking, all aspects of credit card and prepaid card marketing, Internet banking, and mobile software creation and distribution. He also boasts deep experience in marketing and advertising through leadership roles at major international agencies, OgilvyOne Worldwide and Saatchi & Saatchi Direct. In 2008, Bank Systems and Technology named Steven to its Elite 8—most innovative bankers in the US.
Rebecca leads Inte Q’s Loyalty Strategy Consulting and data intelligence services, using predictive and industry-specific analytic models to help clients make informed decisions about promotions management, pricing and program strategy. She joined Inte Q from Sears where she served as director of analytics for the customer relationship marketing group. She has more than 20 years of experience in database marketing and analytics. She holds Bachelor’s and Master's Degrees in Applied Probability and Statistics from Northern Illinois University.
Brian leads Inte Q’s highly responsive customer engagement teams that collaborate closely with clients to implement winning marketing solutions that connect with their customers and drive results. His team manages all operational deliverables for the company’s clients’ programs, striving to ensure they’re executed flawlessly. Prior to joining Inte Q, he was senior director of operations for Carlson Marketing Group, overseeing all marketing deliverables for channel, employee and consumer programs.
Mike is the Chief technology Officer of Inte Q. He has a BA Degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Prior to being promoted into this position, Mike was the Vice President responsible for the development activities for the membership and merchandising platforms. Before joining Inte Q, Mike was a Senior Consultant at a Global Business and IT consultancy working to expand its Data Warehousing practice. He has over 15 years of experience delivering solutions to Direct Marketing companies, leading development teams in business integration, technology enhancement projects; and development efforts in the health care software industry.
