The Customer Love Score® was first released in March 2019 as a tool to help companies measure loyalty and the emotional connection customers have with a brand. The first release of the product focused on providing brand-level and social media metrics, relative to the competition, to uncover insights that drive strategic decision making.

Launched in January 2020, one of the new key features in Customer Love Score® Version 2.0, is the ability to provide scores at the individual customer level.
