Paul Stroede, Senior Vice President of Innovation, Inte Q

Inte Q, a noted provider of loyalty marketing and customer relationship management services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Stroede as the company’s new Sr. Vice President of Innovation. For more than two decades, Inte Q has been instrumental in helping brands grow their business by leveraging data, thought leadership and advanced technology. The hiring of Paul Stroede in the role of SVP Innovation is part of the company’s relentless efforts to emerge as an industry leader.

Prior to joining Inte Q, Stroede was associated with Connected Technology Solutions as the company’s Vice President of Technology & Operations. He has also worked for over a decade at Kohl’s Department Stores, holding positions such as Senior System Analyst and Senior Program Manager focused on critical growth initiatives like Loyalty and Personalization.   His areas of expertise include software development, Lean Management, Agile Methodologies, strategic planning, business intelligence, data warehousing, and cross functional team building. Stroede has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee – Lubar School of Business.

Located in Inte Q’s Milwaukee office, Paul will be responsible for driving an agile culture that streamlines processes and strengthens Inte Q’s competitive advantage.  A key focus of his role is to make it easier for Inte Q to launch new products and enhancements to their clients faster.  In addition to increasing speed to market, Paul will use his technical leadership and industry knowledge to evolve the integration of Inte Q’s products with industry leading technology platforms.
